Our Story

I couldn’t stop dreaming to run my own restaurant one day since I have been obsessed to Japanese cuisine and working for its precise, art of plating and appreciation of seasonal ingredients. Since I have been putting all my effort into the journey of culinary for last 18 years finally my dream came true. As this stunning village Black Rock inspired me deeply about what I’m going to cook for you I will keep throwing all of my passion and heat to the every single dish I’m serving to you.

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

“I’m not serving a menu, I’m serving a story. I’m serving my soul. I’m serving a conversation, and I want you to talk back to me.”

– Chef Happy

The dreaming of open a restaurant is always in my head, but I wasn’t ready and working on it until I have my little one. He is actually a very important impetus in helping me to make this decision, and I learn a lot from stay with him about how to listen and how to care about his feeling. I want to bring this family environment to my restaurant, and I want to see a happy face when people have our dish and service.

“It’s important about food, but it’s also important about what you feel.”

– Chef Luke
